At Obiyan Infotech, we are familiar with the unpredictability of commercial life. If, for any reason, you need to cancel the SEO Services that you have selected, you may do so within the first 24 hours of setting for the service.
We will determine the amount we have spent on the client’s behalf to provide the service they opted for and promptly reimburse them the balance, no questions asked.
However, once the 24-hour window has passed, we cannot accommodate any cancellation requests.
Process of Cancellation
Given the seriousness of the situation, we expect our customers to phone us with advance notice and then send us a formal request for cancellation via letter. We recommend calling first and then sending an email or text message to confirm what you wrote is what you wanted to say.
When does the option to cancel become invalid?
As noted above, once the initial 24 hours have passed, there will be no room for cancellation. You can still cancel the service anytime, but we won’t be responsible for paying out any refunds.
You may not cancel your order for any reason if you have purchased our service using a promotional discount or another limited-time offer. To be more specific, we shall not be obligated to repay any payment under an event of cancellation if you choose to take advantage of the special discounts, schemes, and offers that we roll out during the seasonal festivities and promotional events.
Refunds
If your request to cancel has been processed, we will return the full payment within 30–45 days, depending on how far we have already invested the money in expanding our products and services. We assure you that we will reimburse your entire payment. However, we need the time above the frame to avoid disrupting our operations.
Hosting a Website
There is no way to get a refund for site hosting. A hosting account will be created and allocated several server resources when ordering. Payment for hosting services is required regardless of account activity. If payment is not received within 30 days of its due date, your hosting account will remain active until you terminate it or provide written notification of cancellation. In the case of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend customer hosting accounts immediately.
Account Deletion for Breaking the Rules
If a user is found to violate these conditions, their account may be disabled and terminated at the discretion of Obiyan Infotech. If your account is closed because you broke our rules, you will not receive a refund.
Method of Request
You must contact us via email to seek a refund. Requests sent to the wrong email address or through private messages on the forum will not be considered.
Change of Mind
A request for a refund due to a “Change of Mind” must be received no later than 30 days after the original purchase date. Your feedback is welcome regardless of the motivation behind your request. Requests for refunds under the “Change of Mind” policy are subject to Obiyan Infotech’s discretion and approval. The client agrees to pay a 20% (twenty percent) processing charge to cover the costs of refunding financial transactions and time spent on the client project if their request for a refund due to a change of mind is approved. Only one-time purchases are eligible for a refund if you change your mind. There will be no returns on bulk purchases unless there are exceptional circumstances, as determined by us at our sole discretion.
